Hon. Raoul Manuel is a Member of Parliament from the Philippines, representing the Youth Party. He belongs to 31 out of 79 House committees, including the Committees on Information and Communications Technology, Science and Technology, Human Rights, Youth and SDGs. He is also a member of the recently organized House Triple Committee on online disinformation. After finishing his BS Applied Mathematics degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of the Philippines, he was elected as sole student representative to the Board of Regents of the same university system. He then served as president of the National Union of Students of the Philippines (NUSP), the country's broadest and longest-existing alliance of student councils and governments.
